Hi My Name is Kristal and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I focus on the gut, mind & body connection, and address root health issues, to restore Health Naturally. After suffering through my own health issues and overcoming them, I’ve been on a Holistic path for 11 years and continued my education to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. As an RHN we utilize Nutrition, high-quality supplements and lifestyle practices to help restore balance to your system Naturally. I am now passionate to help people make dietary and lifestyle changes that are sustainable long-term, helping you feel empowered to become your greatest & healthiest self!
For years I suffered with a number of health issues that I’ve had since I was young which includes Acne, Ovarian cysts, PMS, bowel problems, constipation, endometriosis, Candida and the list goes on! I saw many Doctors and never got to the root issue of my symptoms and I finally got to the point where I had enough, and I started seeking truth and knowledge. I knew that my symptoms were not normal and I needed to make major changes in my diet and lifestyle including reducing stressors. Through Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle changes I am now no longer on any medication for acne, and I’m clear of ovarian cysts and endometriosis shown on my ultra sound results. I now love to help other people overcome their own health challenges through utilizing body, mind, emotional and spiritual connections as this is very rewarding for me!

I’m a Registered Social Worker and trauma-informed yoga practitioner offering online, mental health focused yoga sessions designed to support grounding, emotional regulation, and connection to self. My work blends clinical social work, child and youth mental health experience, and therapeutic yoga to help clients navigate everyday stress through body-breath connection. I’m inspired by the way small moments of awareness, like feeling the earth beneath the feet or noticing a steady breath, can create meaningful shifts in the nervous system.
My path has been shaped by 8 years of supporting children, youth, and families through instability, trauma, and transition. In both social work and yoga, I’ve witnessed how healing becomes possible when people feel safe, seen, and supported in their own rhythm. My work is grounded in values of compassion, curiosity, and relationship believing that connection to one’s body and breath can be a stabilizing force during overwhelming moments. These experiences continue to guide my commitment to accessible, inclusive, and responsive care.

I support individuals in remembering who they truly are beneath layers of conditioning, imbalance, or disconnection. My approach is rooted in the understanding that healing is multidimensional. It happens in the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. I combine Reiki with modalities such as Ayurveda, Vedic and medical astrology, quantum energetics, and Akashic mapping to help clients experience grounded, transformative change.
Through our work together, I guide you to clear old imprints, realign your energetic blueprint, and step into a more empowered version of yourself: one that feels free, purposeful, and sovereign.

I believe In a biopsychosocial approach to counselling by which mind-body wellness is achieved by creating harmony between an individual’s social environment, personal thoughts and values, and biological make-up.
As every individual is unique, so too should be their plan of treatment. Using an eclectic and integrative approach, I will draw upon a variety of person-centered, existential, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based techniques to tailor a treatment plan specific to your individual needs.
I have over 10 years of experience within the behavioral health sector, working with a variety of individuals across all stages of cognitive-behavioral development. Though versed in individual emotional health issues, I have a special therapeutic passion for Couple’s Counselling and Sex Therapy.
As sex is a fundamental and necessary piece of the human experience, addressing the potential generational shame, religious guilt, and personal trauma associated with sexuality plays an important role in the development of self-confidence, self-worth, and healthy a healthy romantic relationship.

Reaching out for therapy often comes at a moment when life feels heavier than expected; when you’ve been strong for too long, feel misunderstood, or find yourself caught in patterns you can’t quite name. Many of my clients arrive carrying anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, cultural pressure, or the lingering impact of painful relationships. Beneath these experiences is usually a quiet hope for clarity, healing, and a space where someone genuinely understands what they’re carrying.
I offer a warm, intuitive, and grounding space where you don’t need perfect words to feel understood. Clients often describe my presence as a deeply perceptive someone who recognizes emotions, patterns, and unspoken truths beneath the surface. I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology (Honours) from Yorkville University and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My work is centred on helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of empowerment. As a Clinical Coordinator, I support practicum students, oversee programs, coordinate clinical processes, and help ensure high-quality, ethical, and accessible client care. Most importantly, I assist with connecting clients to holistic services.
I am inspired by the strength people carry, especially those who have spent years navigating life alone or in silence. My practice is rooted in supporting clients through reflection, emotional clarity, and healing that feels compassionate, intentional, and deeply human.
My journey into counselling is deeply shaped by seven years in the non-profit sector, where I supported individuals experiencing homelessness, parolees, incarcerated individuals, at-risk youth, and those living in harm-reduction or group-care environments. These experiences strengthened my belief that every person holds inherent dignity and the capacity to heal when offered safety, compassion, and respect. As a South Asian therapist, my own experiences navigating cultural pressure, silence, and identity have also shaped my commitment to culturally responsive, intuitive, and empowerment-focused care.
